Chalet Chefs is a bespoke catering company based in the Morzine/Les Gets/St Jean d'Aulps area of the Portes du Soleil. Our cooks have many years of experience working in restaurants, bistros, delis, on boats, as freelance chefs and of course in ski chalets. • Smoked salmon and dill terrine with blinis, mixed leaf and caper salad and a lemon vinaigrette
• Roast turkey with roast potatoes, sage and onion stuffing, pigs in blankets, cauliflower cheese and seasonal vegetables, cranberry sauce and thyme and onion gravy
