Terms and Conditions
For week or longer bookings you must make a 50% non refundable payment to confirm your booking. The balance of the payment must be made 8 weeks before the booking start date.
For bookings made in resort full payment in cash must be made before any booking commences.
When making a booking please be able to give us the following information:
- Party leader's name, telephone number and email address.
- Dates of booking including your times of arrival and departure in resort.
- Name of address of where you are staying in resort and a phone number for while you are on holiday - an English mobile is fine.
- The number of people in your party.
- If anyone has any dietary requirements.
- If anyone has any severe food allergies so we can take hygiene precautions.
- Any special requests you want worked into your menu.
