Chalet Framboise
Brand new for the 2009/10 season, this fabulous, Savoyard farmhouse has been tastefully transformed into a comfortable, spacious, modern chalet that can sleep 8-10 guests in 4 en-suite double/twin bedrooms. Chalet Framboise oozes charm and character, having been sympathetically renovated, maintaining many of its traditional alpine features, but has been finished to the highest specification.
The chalet itself features a large (60 sq m2) open-plan kitchen/living area on the second floor, with floor to ceiling windows, centred around a wood burning stove, leading out to a balcony with stunning views towards the Pleney slopes in Morzine town. Spacious bedrooms are all ensuite with either a shower or shower/bath combination, with two double and two twin rooms - one of which can used as a family room. The chalet is fully equipped to cater for the independent holidaymaker with all mod-cons including:

Located in the beautiful Valley de La Manche, the chalet is 1km from the Nyon lift, and just 3 minutes drive into Morzine village. The free ski bus stops just 50 metres from the chalet and gives access to the extensive Morzine and Avoriaz lift systems, in the Portes du Soleil.
There are also easy walks accessible straight from the door of the chalet and indeed, for most of the winter, off-piste enthusiasts can ski down from the Col du Fornet right back to Chalet Framboise.

Chalet Ravine
Chalet Ravine nestles within its own grounds and provides a considerable degree of privacy. The large 10 person hot tub with its built in lighting and sound system gives an extra degree of luxury. Built to house 12 guests and two staff, it has a lots of living space and large well equipped kitchen, as in previous years this was a catered chalet.
The spacious fireside lounge and dining area is the perfect meeting area for a pre-dinner canape and an exchange of the days' stories and events. The snug and tv room on the 2nd floor is ideal for kids while the adults enjoy supper or relax with a glass of malt and favourite book before turning in for the night.
All the bedrooms have been fitted with locally made solid timber bedroom furniture built to a unique design by a local artisan charpentier and are comfortable and well furnished with a good ratio of en suite facilities.
La Ravine has 4 bedrooms with an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with log fire. It has 8 twin guest beds, and our chalet staff live in the basement apartment with separate entrance. There is also a large heated ski and boot storage room and plenty of parking for those driving over. Last but not least is the largest Jacuzzi hot tub in Les Gets!! You can drink wine or champagne! and take away the aches and pains whilst telling the stories of the day.

Chalet La Ruche
Chalet La Ruche (sleeps 12 in 6 bedrooms) has been a popular choice for our clients over the last five years and is now offered under our "Premier Self Catered" service. It is situated only 550m from the Super Morzine telecabine giving you direct access to Avoriaz and the Portes du Soleil! Chalet Sauterelle
Chalet Sauterelle offers luxury accommodation for groups of up to nine people. The master bedroom is en-suite, three further bedrooms, two twin and one twin/triple, share two bathrooms, one with full sized bath. . The kitchen has a full sized hob, oven and dishwasher, microwave and large fridge-freezer and the adjacent dining area seats nine people comfortably. The lounge area has two large, comfortable sofas and a modern wood burning fire. All the bedrooms and living area have balconies with amazing views as does the 7 person hot tub which is new for the 2009/10 season. There is a large mezzanine with 2 more sofas, a flat screen TV, DVD player and UK TV,a small cushioned area for children, and a selection of games. Under the chalet is covered parking and a lockable, heated ski/bike/drying room for the exclusive use of the chalet.

Chalet L'Etoile
Chalet Etoile is a new build five bedroom traditional style French ski chalet in St Jean D'Aulps, 6kmfrom the resort of Morzine. The chalet is just over an hours drive from Geneva airport in the heart of the Portes du Soleil area which offers the largest international ski area in the world with over 650km of marked runs catering for all levels of skiing. The chalet is just a 10 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants in the village centre but benefits from the kind of fantastic views and tranquil setting the French Alps are famous for. This chalet has an outside hot tub and all mod cons, and is ideally situated for activity holidays such as skiing, snowboarding and all Alpine winter sports. St Jean D`Aulps is a village and a family ski resort at the heart of la Vall�e d'Aulps on edge of Morzine. The ski bus that accesses local ski area(2km away) stops a 2 minute walk from the chalet.

Chalet TinTin
Chalet Tintin is a lovely 4 star, 5 bedroomed chalet located in the Le Pontet area of Les Gets, in a quiet area, but with an easy 10 minute walk to the village centre and main lifts. The chalet is arranged over 3 levels with a garage, drying room, WC and sauna on the ground floor, open plan lounge/dining area, kitchen and 2 bedrooms with en-suite facilities on the first floor. On the second floor are 3 further double rooms, one with en-suite bathroom and a further bathroom shared by the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms have access to the large, sunny balconies and all have 2 full sized beds which can be made up as a double or two singles. The chalet has been decorated in a fresh, modern style by the owners and is very family friendly.

Le Sabot
Le Sabot is a traditional wooden Chalet with 180m2 of living accommodation on 3 floors. It has been completely refurbished and has 4 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, large sitting room with open log fire and a balcony with views over the mountains. It is located 600 metres from the Nyon cable car where the ski bus stops and it is a 5 minute drive from the Prodains lifts, which give the fastest access to the Avoriaz ski area. The chalet provides a rare combination of superb views and easy access. To get the best out of your holiday it would be advisable to have a car as the main lifts have adjoining car parks.

Chalet Vinson
Chalet Vinson is a brand new six bedroom luxury chalet built to an exceptionally high specification. The service includes welcome pack, daily clean, bed linen, towels and dressing gowns
The ground floor consists of three twin / double bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes, TVs and ensuite shower rooms and one with a bath and shower. All ensuites have heated tiled floors, heated towel rails and hairdryers. There is a second TV lounge / games room with 40 inch TV, DVD and Playstation 3 games consol and pool table on the ground level.
The middle floor comprises a large open plan living area and large balcony with exceptional views of the town of Les Gets and Mt Chery. The kitchen is a stunning deep red design with granite worktops and breakfast bar. Appliances are all by Neff and include an American Fridge, coffee maker, two ovens, large induction hob, microwave and dishwasher etc. A central feature large open fire separates the dining area and lounge. The lounge has a 50 inch HD plasma TV and DVD. This floor also has a kid’s bedroom with two full size bunk beds, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. There is a storage room for skis and a heated ski-boot rack. There is a large southwest facing balcony with breathtaking views.
The top floor consists of two further ensuite double bed rooms. The smaller of the two having a TV and ensuite shower room with access to a shared balcony. The second bedroom on this level is the feature main bedroom having fitted wardrobes, TV and DVD with large ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower, dressing area and shared balcony.
